Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track purchase orders to support production and project timelines
- Review product documentation, drawings, and cut sheets to ensure readiness for manufacturing
- Coordinate with design engineering teams to request and develop fixtures, harness boards, and testing equipment
- Partner with supply chain to ensure materials, components, and tooling are ordered and delivered on time
- Support larger project rollouts by aligning materials, tooling, and documentation into a complete production package
- Monitor project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet both short-term and long-term deadlines
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or engineering support environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product documentation
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience working with purchase orders and supply chain processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
