- Assisting with sensory and consumer product research, including test design, execution, programming surveys, and unbiased product evaluation.
- Preparing products for testing, including creating testing plans and timelines, scheduling production, acquiring materials, coordinating sampling, and handling documentation.
- Presenting findings to groups and collaborating on formulas and data templates with management.
- Maintaining lab organization, cleanliness, inventory, and equipment calibration.
- Conducting simple cost analyses on formulations and managing administrative tasks.
- Are a student pursuing Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Are committed to working safely and following protocols.
- Have the ability to execute tasks efficiently in both laboratory and administrative settings.
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
