Medical Technologist and Medical Laboratory Technician

From the first test run of the morning to rapid STAT analyses, your expertise directly shapes diagnoses and treatments for those who’ve served.
What You'll Do:
- Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples
- Troubleshoot instruments, maintain QC logs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance
- Consult with providers, communicate critical results, and contribute to multidisciplinary care
- Manage inventory and supplies to keep the lab running smoothly
- Complete required documentation, proficiency testing, and participate in ongoing training
Whether you’re running a STAT CBC, investigating abnormal results, or backing up bench staff, you are essential to every patient outcome.
Required:
- MT (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) or MLT certification (required)
- At least 2 years’ clinical lab experience
- Ability to work Monday-Friday (either 7:00am-3:30pm OR 3:00pm-11:30pm)
- Excellent attention to detail, independence, and commitment to high reliability
