Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking candidates for several Medical Lab Scientist positions at a diagnostic lab in the NW Dallas area. As a part of the laboratory operations team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity while meeting the needs of the company’s patients.

Job Responsibilities
- Specimen handling, processing, testing, and reporting of patient results following approved laboratory procedures
- Review and release test results accurately and efficiently
- Follow established laboratory policies when test systems fall outside acceptable performance levels
- Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance or result reporting
- Communicate issues to senior technologists or supervisors as necessary
- Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines
- Maintain records demonstrating proficiency testing for patient specimens
- BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Lab Technology or related discipline (transcripts will be required)
- 1 year of clinical lab experience analyzing patient specimens is required
- Experience with LC-MS or ICP-MS would be a plus
- Training will be on days and then you will transition to assigned shift after completing the training
- Day 1 Medical/Dental/Vision for FT employees who work 30 hours
