Title: Sr. Mechanical Project Engineer

Salary: $120K-$140K 10% Bonus
Role Summary
Lead commissioning of mechanical systems for data centers. Requires hands-on expertise in mechanical system design, operation, and troubleshooting. Responsible for field execution, documentation, scheduling, team guidance, and technical assessment.
Responsibilities
- Commission mechanical, plumbing, and fire systems for data centers
- Review designs for client compliance
- Execute and document commissioning activities and tests
- Manage daily field operations and reporting
- Coordinate with project teams and clients
- Guide and train junior engineers
- Attend project meetings, lead when needed
- Ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering 5 years mission-critical experience, or
- 7 years commissioning in mission-critical projects
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Knowledge of BMS/EPMS and commissioning guidelines (ASHRAE, BCxA preferred)
- Team-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks
Certifications
- PE license or commissioning certification is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Walk up to 5 miles/day, carry up to 50 lbs, wear PPE
- Nationwide travel 20–30%
