1st Shift Hours- Mon-Fri
Pay Range: $22-30/hr

What You’ll Do
- Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our end-users
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user accounts for new hires
- Troubleshoot challenging hardware, software, and printer issues with efficiency and expertise
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, escalating complex problems to senior specialists when necessary
- Manage help desk tickets, uphold strong documentation, and support the entire IT asset lifecycle
- Contribute to onboarding/offboarding and participate in continual process improvements
- At least 2 years of IT support or help desk experience (Windows environment preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and business applications (especially Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory)
- Knowledge of basic networking, printer configuration, and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.) is a plus
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft, or equivalent are beneficial
