IT Strategic Planning Senior Specialist
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in systems improvement initiatives to address areas for enhancement and close operational gaps.
- Conduct site visits at operational facilities to evaluate potential projects for innovation and process improvement.
- Coordinate initiatives with system innovation teams, integrating new concepts and technology.
- Develop and sustain long-term strategic plans for executive leadership.
- Achieve project objectives for enterprise data analytics platforms as a Product Owner.
- Participate in regular team stand-ups, update meetings, and report blockers or progress to leadership.
- Organize and attend business unit and executive updates, as well as stakeholder meetings.
- Implement sales research projects according to established timelines.
- Scope and deliver manufacturing and related operational projects within schedule.
- Complete key events and quarterly reviews to secure project funding approvals.
- Create business requirements, standard operating procedures, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with business users to coordinate user acceptance testing sessions.
Business Value Creation & Opportunity Identification
- Manage and coordinate efforts across multiple industry groups, updating organizational charts as needed.
- Gather and analyze information on industry group activities and evaluate potential opportunities for new initiatives.
- Review board alignment and facilitate discussions to support strategic projects.
- Develop dashboards and project tracking documentation to support status updates.
Change Management & Training
- Update systems roadmaps and actively oversee all approved system projects.
- Drive effective communication and planning for midterm and quarterly objectives.
- Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure successful system adoption and project implementation.
- Prepare and finalize standard operating procedures for strategic projects.
- Lead and coordinate quarterly meetings to identify operational gains and address gaps.
