Kelly Science is seeking a GMP Document Control Specialist to join a growing team located in Bristol, PA.
Pay: $28-40/hour depending on experience
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm OR 10:00am-6:00pm
Employment Type: Full Time; 6 month contract with potential to be hired on permanently

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain both electronic and physical GMP documents, ensuring accurate filing, retention, and retrieval.
- Perform manual processing in electronic document management systems and ensure SOP-level compliance and document integrity.
- Conduct routine compliance checks and support audits by providing timely access to records.
- Oversee controlled document distribution, revision tracking, and secure archival.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific related field
- 1-3 years of experience with document control in a GMP-regulated environment
- Strong understanding of GMP documentation requirements
- Familiarity with ZenQMS or similar QMS preferred
