Desktop / Infrastructure Support

Bridgeport, West Virginia

Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

Pay starts: $25/hr W2 (DOE)

Job Overview

• Work closely with local users to troubleshoot general computer issues, connectivity, software and hardware problems.
• Work closely with local DXC to support PWC changes.
• Act as a liaison between local users and corporate help desk, submits help desk tickets, follows up on resolution.
• Install and fix corporate patches, new software, hardware.
• Troubleshoots desktop issues, assist with server/infrastructure issues as needed.
• Re-image computers, prepare new hardware and software for all users (local and remote).
• Support infrastructure projects (new hardware installs, and larger corporate supported projects) as needed
• Manages VOIP phones support/new.
• Manages company cell phone deployment and upgrades.
