Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Length of Assignment: Open Ended
Rate: $20/hr. or $41,600 annual equivalent benefits

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analytical testing on incoming raw materials utilizing a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, UV/Vis, IR, HPLC, GC, TOC, and microbial analysis.
- Accurately weigh and receive samples, ensuring proper documentation and tracking within the LIMS system.
- Adhere to strict waste disposal protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Efficiently manage inventory and place material orders as needed.
- Perform routine instrument calibration and assist with inventory control.
- Perform HPLC and lipid assays, prepare mobile phases, and conduct wet chemistry tests (tyramine, solids, UV-Vis, pH).
- Maintain laboratory instruments and supplies, including periodic evaluation of columns, and serve as the contact for mobile phase suppliers.
- Support Autoturb and IPC groups with in-process testing and SmartLab methods.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred; minimum of one year of relevant laboratory experience considered.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in following detailed written procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
