Wildlife Sales Rep (Outside Sales Representative – Wildlife Exclusion)

We are hiring a motivated individual for our Wildlife Sales (Outside Sales Representative) position to inspect properties, identify wildlife entry points, and sell permanent exclusion solutions.
This role includes:
- Conducting property inspections (rooflines, attics, crawlspaces)
- Creating customized exclusion proposals
- Presenting solutions to homeowners and property managers
- Closing high-value repair projects
- Meeting monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Rep:
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting structures
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Prior pest control sales would be helpful
Compensation:
- Starting at $50,000 base; with commission your salary could be $90,000

Requirements for a Sales Rep:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record (no DUI or major violations)
- Ability to obtain Missouri Class E license
