Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing services for new construction residential and commercial properties
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including power washers, hoses, and nozzles
- Clean and prepare surfaces for pressure washing, including decks, driveways, sidewalks, and buildings by applying appropriate cleaning solutions and detergents to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pressure washing or a related field is helpful
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
