What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Landscape Crew position at Kelly's Garden Sense?
Join our landscape and building crew. This position offers full-time, year-round work, plus the opportunity for overtime on weekends. Current Schedule is 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. We'd like to start training the right person in the next 1-2 weeks! Some experience in landscaping and/or Construction is required for this role. Must have a valid driver's License and transportation to work.
We specialize in elevating landscapes, residential and commercial, with increased curb appeal and Kelly's signature POP of COLOR. Landscaping experience is preferred but we will train the right person who is motivated and hardworking. The salary starts at $15 per hour with additional compensation based on experience and review at two weeks, 30 days and 60-day review to reward and advance exceptional crew members. Benefits kick in at 90-days.

Pay is competitive and based upon the skills you bring to the job. A driver's license is required, bonus if you can back up our trailer down an alley. Lifting up to 75 lbs is necessary, and cutting rock and building hardscapes is common for the building crew. We're willing to teach the right person, if you have experience in construction, oil field or landscape, and are looking for a change, we'd love to talk and see if you might be the right fit.
