Kelly Services is partnering with a rapidly growing luxury brand seeking a Logistics & Customs Manager to lead U.S. customs compliance, international transportation, and 3PL operations

.This is a highly visible role supporting a growing retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will bring strong customs compliance expertise, import/export experience, and a proven track record managing freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers

What You'll

DoLead U.S. Customs Complian

• ceOwn customs compliance for all U.S. import and export activiti
• esEnsure compliance with CBP, Fish & Wildlife, Lacey Act, TSCA, and related regulatio
• nsManage customs brokers and oversee customs declaratio
• nsReview duties, tariffs, post-entry activity, and special programs including TI
• BsMaintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory audi
• tsUtilize ACE and other customs systems to monitor compliance and reporti

ngManage Global Transportation & Logisti

• csOversee domestic and international transportation operatio
• nsManage freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics provide
• rsDrive transportation cost savings and service improvemen
• tsSupport logistics for retail stores, events, marketing initiatives, and new business projec
• tsTrack logistics KPIs and vendor performan

ceOversee 3PL & Distribution Operatio

• nsServe as primary contact for third-party logistics provide
• rsMonitor warehouse performance, inventory flow, and service leve
• lsReview logistics invoices and manage cost contro
• lsLead process improvement and operational efficiency initiativ

What We're Looking

• For5 years of experience in logistics, customs compliance, global trade, transportation, or supply chain operati
