Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled production equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Maintain facility systems including compressed air, steam, HVAC, refrigeration, water, wastewater, and other plant utilities.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, fabrication projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operations, quality, and sanitation teams to achieve production, safety, and quality goals.
- Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree, trade certification, or industrial maintenance training.
- Food manufacturing or dairy manufacturing experience.
- Ammonia refrigeration experience.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment.
