Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part time Personal Care Assistant to provide behavior services for a local preschool age Early Intervention Program in Chester, PA. Monday through Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm for 30 hours per week.

- Provide assistance to students to effectively & independently participate in activities of daily living and natural setting activities
- Implement individual programming at the direction of the supervising case manager(s) and/or classroom teacher(s)
- Provide feedback to supervising case managers on strategies, changes in student behaviors & needs, and supports needed for student and team member success
- Record relevant intervention data for assigned students and write session / progress notes
- Implement challenging behavior intervention strategies based on student BIPs, at the direction of the supervising BCBA/LBS/BSC, as relevant for the assigned student(s)
- Provide assistance with personal care duties such as feeding, toileting, etc.
- Follow all KPT and school-district policies related to attendance, student interactions, credential and clearance maintenance, documentation & reporting, etc.
- Demonstrate sound judgement, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills
- Other duties, as assigned and mutually agreed upon by school district or program and Kelly Pediatric Therapy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or the equivalent
- Experience working / volunteering with children, preferably preschool age children with disabilities
- Subject to state & federal background checks & clearances, drug test, and physical, as required by each district
