Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Valet to join our team! The right candidate is reliable, has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include greeting customers coming in for service, checking in and parking customer vehicles, transporting customers in company shuttle, providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers that come in for service with a welcoming and positive attitude
- Checking in customer vehicles, vacuuming and putting in seat and floor covers to protect the vehicles interior and then parking customer vehicles

Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner in company shuttle

Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays

Run errands for the dealership as directed
- Maintaining a clean appearance of the service drive area

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times

Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations

Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent driving skills, valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

Professional appearance, good work ethic and being reliable
