- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for commercial.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping and mopping to maintain a pristine appearance
- Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, and surface disinfecting
- Assist with custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards observed during cleaning routines
- Use industrial cleaning tools and techniques to ensure high-quality results in large or heavily trafficked areas
- Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred, especially within commercial or residential environments
- Familiarity with floor care techniques.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality
