Job Summary
The Home Maker Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of homemakers (home care aides) who provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff performance, and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support homemakers/home care aides
- Assign and schedule staff based on client needs and availability
- Monitor service quality through home visits, reports, and client feedback
- Ensure homemakers follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and service adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of services, staff attendance, and incidents
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, case managers, or family members as needed
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred in healthcare, social work, or related field)
- Experience in home care, caregiving, or supervisory role
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
