About the Role
As a Plant Care Specialist, you’ll maintain and care for indoor plants at client sites, support installation projects, and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites (company vehicle)
- Routine plant care: watering, pruning, cleaning, and health monitoring
- Troubleshoot plant health issues and take corrective action
- Support installation projects and bring design plans to life
- Build friendly, professional client relationships
- Maintain care records
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and legal work permit
- Comfortable with physical work and a lot of walking
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience in plant care or customer service (preferred)
- Horticulture education (bonus)
