Job Summary

We are hiring a Meat Cutter / Production Associate to join our fast-paced poultry and protein processing team. This role requires individuals with experience handling raw meat and using cutting tools in a production setting.

Candidates must be able to work in a consistently cold (approximately 40°F) and wet environment, as exposure to moisture and refrigerated temperatures is a daily and essential part of the job.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physically demanding, repetitive tasks in a high-volume, refrigerated production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and process poultry, beef, and pork products
• Use knives and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
• Package, weigh, and label finished products
• Inspect product quality and remove defects
• Maintain cleanliness and follow strict food safety standards
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Work consistently in cold and wet conditions throughout the shift

Requirements

• Experience working with raw meat or food production preferred
• Ability to safely use knives or cutting tools
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
• Required to work in cold (around 40°F), wet conditions for extended periods
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
• Able to work up to 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Reliable and punctual
