• Minor Repairs & Maintenance

• Pressure Washing
• Snow & Ice Removal
• Moving / Furniture Removal
• Other Facility & Property Maintenance Services

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking dependable independent contractors and established service providers who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and can complete assignments on schedule.

Ideal contractors should have:

✓ Reliable transportation✓ Smartphone with photo/video capability✓ Ability to provide before-and-after photos✓ Professional communication✓ Ability to follow scopes of work and deadlines✓ Own tools/equipment required for your trade✓ Ability to service Maryland, DC and/or Northern Virginia✓ Business registration, insurance and/or applicable trade licenses preferred✓ Government contracting experience is a plus, but NOT required

CLEANERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

We are especially interested in building a strong cleaning and janitorial team for recurring and project-based opportunities, including offices, apartment communities, common areas, vacant units, government facilities and post-construction cleaning.
