Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Duration: 3 months.
Type: Contract with Possible extension
Pay Rate: $33/hr. on W2
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and schedule top talent for on-site interviews
Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants into
hires
Support key recruiting-related projects and align departmental OKRs with broader HR initiatives
Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency
Leverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting

Minimum Requirements:

Data interpretation tools to drive hiring efficiency
