The Kelly Center for Hunger Relief is dedicated to addressing hunger and food insecurity for residents in El Paso County. In partnership with the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank and Jardin de Milagros farm, the center provides nutritious emergency and supplemental food through its Food Pantry. Furthermore, its FreshStart program focuses on building long-term food security and fostering self-sufficiency through coordinated case management and coaching. The Kelly Center strives to make a meaningful impact on the community by addressing immediate needs while also targeting the root causes of hunger.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director, located in El Paso, TX. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, guide the organization’s strategic planning efforts, and manage staff, volunteers, and budgets. They will develop and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders while ensuring the achievement of program goals. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with organizational policies, overseeing fundraising initiatives, identifying resource development opportunities, and fostering a workplace culture aligned with organizational values and vision.
- Leadership and management skills, including budget oversight, staff supervision, and program coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
