We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout the Southern Indiana / Northern Kentucky area.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of your territory by prospecting for new commercial customers, conducting face-to-face cold calls, developing lasting client relationships, and driving new sales.
You’ll also work closely with existing customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our packaging solutions can help their businesses succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify leads, develop prospects, and acquire new commercial accounts
- Conduct in-person prospecting and cold calls throughout the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute strategies to grow your territory
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right packaging solutions
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and permanent business
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2 years of successful cold-calling sales experience
- Proven track record of generating new business
- Experience developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
TERRITORY REQUIREMENT
Must be located in the Southern Indiana / Northern Kentucky area.
