Job Title: Production Worker
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team. This position involves working with corn and soybean seeds, including bagging, palletizing, and treating processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bag and palletize corn and soybean seeds according to production orders.
- Treat and prepare soybean seeds for distribution.
- Interpret and follow written production orders, including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including passing forklift training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Steel toe shoes are required for safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
