What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production/Process Equipment Operator position at Kelly and Careers?
Kelly is currently seeking a Production/Process Equipment Operator in the Durham, NC area! This is a long-term opportunity Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm. Pay is up to $24/hour!

Responsibilities:
- Testing materials for quality control and assurance.
- Creating a report and data logging
- Maintenance of VNA and other process analyzers.
- Adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Drilling and etching the boards to make the test coupons
- Basic RF measurements using various instruments, including Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), SPDR, and rectangular waveguide Cavity.
- Performing tests and troubleshooting of VNAs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of basic RF theory and electronics.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with other RF test equipment, like VNA and Polar Instrument
- An associate degree or technical certification in electronics or communications is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), LPKF Drilling and Milling is preferred other lab and processing equipment.
