Additionally, you will work closely with senior technicians and management to resolve repairs and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Location: South Windsor, CT
Shift:
- Sunday to Tuesday, alternating Wednesday, 6 AM - 6 PM
- Perform adjustments and minor corrective and preventive maintenance on production support equipment
- Read and interpret technical service bulletins and manuals
- Resolve repairs independently or escalate issues to senior technicians, vendors, contractors, or management
- Follow safety protocols and work under the direct supervision of a senior technician when working inside any safety cover or skin of a machine not designed for general production access
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience maintaining and repairing automated production machines.
Preferred:
- 1 year of related experience operating of high-speed automated machinery
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus of up to $1,250.00
