Job Specifics:
- Shift: LWN – Wednesday to Friday w/alt Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Compensation: $20-$24.20 per hour Annual Bonus
- Monitor workflow and ensure the department meets customer SLAs.
- Assume some supervisor responsibilities in their absence.
- Operate inkjet printers (4 color process at 200 mpm).
- Run two printers at a time, including OCE Jet Stream Printers and Color Stream Printers.
- Set up and operate printers efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
- Perform quality checks and complete paperwork accurately.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Notify supervisors of issues affecting equipment or due times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior informal or formal leadership experience in a Production Environment.
- Previous experience with cut sheet laser and continuous inkjet full-color printing.
- Experience on OCE/Canon Jetstream or Colorstream printers preferred.
- Xerox Igen or Konica cut sheet laser printing experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and operate multiple pieces of equipment at once.
- Self-starter with keen attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.
