Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Weyauwega, WI
- Pay Rate: $23/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse and onto delivery vehicles
- Inspect forklifts daily and report any malfunctions or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control
- Ensure all products are handled and stored according to company standards
- Support shipping and receiving processes as needed
- Uphold all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve productivity goals
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid forklift operator certification/license required
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
