Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire safety, and security
- Perform routine facility inspections and identify issues early
- Complete preventive maintenance based on set schedules
- Respond quickly to urgent repairs and emergency situations
- Document all work performed clearly and accurately
- Support moves, renovations, equipment installs, and facility upgrades
- Manage tools, supplies, and spare parts inventory
- Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Facilities Technician
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other building systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance software is helpful
