What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll focus on developing new business opportunities and becoming a trusted insurance resource within the community.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with local businesses, real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and community organizations.
• Generate new business through networking, relationship-building, and community involvement.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive protection.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Educate customers on insurance products, discounts, and coverage options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through policy issuance.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Proven success generating new business and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
