- Base Salary: Starting at $49,000/year (Developed Tier).
- Total Compensation: First-year agents typically earn $65,000 – $105,000 , with elite performers exceeding $120,000 through uncapped commissions.
- In-Person Collaboration: This role is based in our Pottstown office at least 4 days per week to foster teamwork and real-time coaching.
The Role: Protection & Relationship Building
As a Senior Agent, you are the antidote to 'Mayhem'. You will focus on 'bundling deep' into households—prioritizing the core Auto and Home relationship before expanding into Life and Specialty coverages.
- High-Leverage Activity: You will spend 3 hours of talk time daily, engaging in proactive protection reviews and 'winback' opportunities.
- Service-to-Sales: You will master the art of transitioning inbound service inquiries into comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps.
- Expertise: You’ll explain complex terms like 'deductibles' or 'liability' in plain English, ensuring our customers feel empowered, not confused.

Core Responsibilities & Performance Goals
- Production: Maintain a minimum of 25 items sold per month (aiming for the Elite Tier of 60 for maximum rewards).
- Protection Reviews: Conduct deep-dive reviews to ensure our tech-savvy homeowners have no gaps in their protection.
- Lead Generation: Proactively solicit new business through networking, referrals, and agency-provided lead sources.
- Documentation: Maintain 100% adherence to our closing checklist, ensuring every interaction is recorded in eAgent within 15 minutes.
- Honesty: Act as the cornerstone of our business by providing open and honest communication in every interaction.
