The opportunity:
We are seeking a high-caliber Licensed Life Sales Agent to lead our life insurance growth. This is a senior-level, proactive role designed for a 'closer' who understands that insurance is a critical asset for protecting a family’s future.
You aren't starting from scratch. You will have access to a massive 'warm' pipeline:
- 150 new homeowners policies per month
- 7,000 existing households across two Allstate agencies.
- A collaborative Personal Lines Sales team that helps set appointments for you.
Compensation & Protection:
We offer a transparent, performance-driven compensation structure designed to provide stability while rewarding your results:
- Recoverable Draw: To support your transition, we provide a guaranteed gross pay 'draw' against future commissions.
- Months 1–3: $5,000 per month.
- Months 4 : $4,000 per month.
- Aggressive Commission Splits:
- 45% of Issued Production Credit on sales where you self-generate the lead.
- 35% of Issued Production Credit on sales resulting from a team-set appointment.
- Earning Potential: Agent can earn $60k – $150k in year one; elite producers have no cap on their success.

Responsibilities
The traits we are looking for:
- Experience: 2 years of life insurance sales (experience with Foresters, Corebridge, Lincoln, Protective, or Hancock is a major plus).
- Licensing: A current Life & Health Insurance license is required.

- Drive: A 'win-room' mentality with the resilience to bounce back quickly and the willingness to follow a proven system
Requirements
The daily journey:
- Proactive Outreach: Completing 50 outbound calls and maintaining 180 minutes of talk time daily.
- Expert Consultation: Guiding neighbors through the value of life insurance in plain English, avoiding confusing jargon.
- Full Pipeline Management: Taking prospects from the initial application through underwriting to policy issue.
- Strict Documentation: Recording 100% of interactions in our system to ensure a seamless customer experience. Daily activity tracker submissions. Weekly pipeline update presentation to management
- Production: Meeting new business production goals and objectives, with a minimum of 10 issued life policies per month on average
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
