Job Description:
As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees consistently deliver exceptional service and adhere to Kellwell's high standards. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
· Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
· Conducting hands-on training sessions on various food service procedures, including food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
· Assessing employee performance and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
· Traveling to different facilities to conduct training sessions and provide support.
· Collaborating with the Director of Operations and other team members to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
· Maintaining accurate records of training activities and employee performance.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in food service training or a related field.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to travel extensively, sometimes for extended periods.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Passion for training and developing others.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
