Kellwell Food Management, a leading correctional food service provider, is seeking a dedicated Cook/Supervisor to join our team at the Simpson County Jail in Franklin, KY. You will play a vital role in providing nutritious and well-prepared meals within a secure correctional environment.

As a Cook/Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing inmate food preparation while also actively participating in cooking activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring recipes are followed accurately.
- Verifying correct ingredients and amounts are used.
- Adhering to strict food safety standards.
- Supervising and working alongside non-violent inmates in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Experience in bulk cooking facilities is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check (required for working in a correctional facility).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for food service and maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
