Role Overview Workday HCM Lead, will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of a complex, multi-entity Workday solution.
This position requires a subject matter expert who can seamlessly navigate the intersection of technical configuration and strategic business process design to support a diverse organizational structure.
This position will support cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of a robust solution covering HCM, U.S./Canada Payroll, Talent/Performance Management, Advanced Compensation,
Prism, Journeys, Help. This position will be critical in performing Fit-Gap analysis, defining global business processes, and ensuring the integrity and security of our data.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Certifications: Must be Workday Certified in multiple modules, with a mandatory certification in Workday HCM. Additional certifications in Workday Payroll, Advanced Compensation, or Talent are highly preferred.
• Experience:
o Must have previous experience working on the Implementation Vendor side as an HCM Lead. This includes a proven track record of full end-to-end participation (from project initiation to completion) in Workday implementation projects for at least two large multinational companies. This background is strictly required to effectively oversee, challenge, and guide the implementation partner from the client side.
o Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and leading Workday implementations.
o Extensive experience in multi-entity environments.
o Proven experience with U.S. and/or Canada Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance is a plus.
o Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.
o Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.
