Job Title: SAP Agent Performance Management (SAP APM / SAP Commissions) Lead Consultant
Location: US Remote/Hybrid (Let s go with Remote for now)
Duration: 6 months
Required Skills
- 5 years of SAP Commissions / SAP Agent Performance Management experience.
- Strong expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).
- Hands-on experience configuring:
- Compensation Plans
- Crediting Rules
- Quotas & Territories
- Commission Calculations
- Incentive Programs
- Payee Hierarchies
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, or middleware integrations.
- Experience with large enterprise implementations.
