Insurance - Personal Lines Account Manager

Kellon Insurance Agency in Bartlett, TN, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager. We are a close-knit office where we work together as a team to create the best possible experience for each of our clients. You will be interacting with clients to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them while following up to ensure satisfaction. We are a small office and get along well with others and show our appreciation in any way we can. Our work hours are 8:30 to 4:30 with 1 hour for lunch. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• 2 years of independent insurance industry experience related to managing personal lines accounts.
• Active Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems such AMS360 or similar software.
• Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers.
• Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages.
• Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Ethical conduct at all times.
