Job Summary
Kellogg Construction is a growing residential construction company specializing in high-end renovations, additions, and custom homes. We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites
This is a boots-on-the-ground position managing subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and job site operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in residential construction, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple job sites
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and crews
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Maintain construction schedules and keep projects on track
- Perform quality control inspections at all job sites
- Order and pick up materials as needed
- Meet inspectors, deliveries, and subcontractors on site
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Identify issues early and develop solutions
- Communicate daily updates to the project manager and owner
- Create and manage punch lists
- Assist with project scheduling and sequencing of trades
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in residential construction
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple job sites
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Experience with renovations, additions, and new construction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage schedules and keep projects on track
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Comfortable using phone apps, project management software, and taking daily job photos
- Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Construction supervisor license (CSL) a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
