As an Executive Assistant working from our Kroger Sales Office in Cincinnati, OH, you will use your exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills to manage the day-to-day logistics of leaders on our National Grocery team.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Be a Go-Getter – In this role, you will provide direct support to 1 executive within Sales and administrative support to the extended National Grocery team. Here, you will come to learn the needs of the business and will need to think one step ahead of the rest, making sure the leaders and the department are up to date on work smart tips.
- Sticking to a Schedule – You will manage complex executive calendars and scheduling video conference meetings. Your collaboration skills will be put to the test in navigating schedule variances with sometimes multiple people, locations, and time zones! At times, hosting internal and external guests at our office.
- Keeping Organized – Busy schedules means a lot of moving parts. We are looking to leverage your organizational skills to be able to handle multiple administrative projects simultaneously and be able to work under pressure with time constraints when those periods arise. Proactively manage executive travel, expense requests, and oversee the accuracy of department budgets. Support new hire set-up and event planning for functional teams.
- Talk the Talk – Communication is key. We’ll be looking to you to assist in the development of professional communication materials and in formatting presentations. Interpersonal communication skills are necessary, and you will need to maintain a sense of confidentiality.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High school diploma/GED with related experience- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent professional writing and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy to all levels (entry-level to executives)
- Must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal communications, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to prioritize, align with stakeholders, and possess an ability to handle multiple demands on your time
- Ability to work effectively under pressure within limited time constraints
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effectively collaborates with others to drive results
- Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement mindset
