Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee direct care staff in the in-home setting
- Assist with scheduling, training, and staff support
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with waiver requirements
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to direct care team members
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct care services required
- Interest in leadership and supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) non-medical waiver services
