Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance and Financial Services Representative at our Texarkana, TX location with potential to worknout of our Atlanta, TX location as well. The role involves assisting clients in selecting insurance and financial products that suit their unique needs. Candidates will engage in providing needs based customer service, explaining policies, handling inquiries, offering investment options, and building long-term client relationships.
The position requires consistent communication to address customer concerns and ensure their financial goals are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance, Financial Services, and Investments
- Experience or skills in Insurance products and solutions
- A strong focus on Customer Service and client engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- State licensing in insurance or the ability to complete licensing requirements
