Summary: Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provide overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at clients facilities. Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customer and architects
- Strong managerial skills
- Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
- Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license
- Team player
- Must be able to Travel
- Ensuring that safety practices are followed on job site
- Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions
