POSITION SUMMARY:
Conducts day-to-day marketing activities of the organization at the direction of the Marketing Manager. Manages social media content, updates, and reporting. Manages project photography. Provides website updates. Assists in the promotion and coordination of events and activities to enhance and further promote culture. Collaborates with the marketing team to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manages social media content, calendar, and reporting.
- Supports the client survey program.
- Supports the Business Development team assisting with proposals, resume updates and collateral items, as needed.
- Provides Interdepartmental collaboration on creative projects.
- Manage employee storefront orders; to include managing the stock of promotional materials and collateral to ensure they are readily available for use.
- Utilizes marketing systems and brand guidelines for internal and external communications.
- Conducts marketing research as directed.
- Works with Marketing Manager and Business Development with collateral development, presentations, content updates, proposal creation, proofing, etc.
- Assists with website updates, content creation and with tracking and measuring corporate analytics.
- Assists with event coordination for internal employees, external clients, and subcontractors as well as community outreach.
- Assists with conference and tradeshow coordination and execution.
- Creates Ads, marketing collateral and graphics, awards submissions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
- 3 years of marketing experience (combination of relative experience and education will be considered)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must have understanding and experience using Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with key members of the executive team, staff, clients, and outside vendors
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks & meet strict deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work independently, with little direction.
- Possesses a high degree of integrity, is outgoing, and a collaborator.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Individual will be required to lift, bend, stoop and reach for files, boxes, etc. Must have the ability to use computers and other office machinery. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and work in proximity with a computer screen.
