What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Kellers imperial construction?
Now hiring a construction and remodeling foreman. We build custom homes, perform remodels, do site work, and build metal buildings. We are looking for a Job Foreman to manage the in house jobs and crew. You will be in charge of a crew and the daily field operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
scheduling, material takeoff and procurement, timeline management, sub contractor/ vendor scheduling and management. You will running projects from start to finish. You will be on site and working in the field. This is not a management only position.
Must have:
Strong leadership skills.
Problem solving skills.
Reliable Transportation to Boerne.
Positive can-do attitude.
Show up on time every day. 6:30- TBD
Ability to read plans.
Ability to take lead and understand job requirements.
Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in home remodeling and building.
Having your own basic tools is mandatory. We will go over this with you.
Hourly rate dependent on your experience. Profit sharing opportunities available.
