Job Overview:

Starting Pay: $24.0 per hour

Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office or department the position is assigned to support. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Gains familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Admin duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Research and create presentations
  • Generate reports
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative problem

Requirements:

  • 2 years or more experience in the field or related area
  • Office management systems and procedures
  • Customer service
  • MS Office 365 and related applications
  • General understanding of ERP and related business systems and applications
  • Facility and Building maintenance industry
