Suncoast Post-Tension is North America’s largest unbonded post-tension specialist. Suncoast has been in business for over 30 years, and we are dedicated to providing the construction industry with engineering expertise, responsive service and manufacturing excellence to ensure safe, timely and cost effective installations, restorations and repairs.

We are looking for a qualified Class A CDL Drivers to pick-up and deliver construction related materials in and around the Leander / Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate semi-trucks / semi-trailers
• MUST be familiar with safely securing loads
• Pre/Post trip inspections of truck
• Follow instructions; locate and read location and GPS.
• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance and up-keep
• Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times
• Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
  
  

Qualifications

• Traffic laws, DOT regulations & driving knowledge
• MUST be able to pass pre-employment as well as random drug testing
• Listening and verbal communication skills
• Dependability
  
  

Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:

• CDL – Class A
• 2 years' experience MINIMUM required
• Certificate from an accredited CDL school
• 21 years or older
• Capable of lifting heavy material up to 80 lbs
  
  

Additional Information

Salary Range: $21.00 - 23.00 / hr

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
