Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify needs and match them to homes, converting them with signed buyer agreements.
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week and convert prospecting activities into appointments.
- Conduct two open houses monthly.
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and weekly trainings.
- Track activities and clients using Command Technology.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
