I am looking for a full-time Buyer’s Agent to partner with me and handle buyer-side clients. This on-site role is based in Crystal Lake, IL, and will focus on guiding clients through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.
Responsibilities include showing homes, conducting market research, educating buyers, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and negotiating offers, coordinating transaction details, and staying informed on local market trends and real estate regulations. This person will work closely with me to provide a seamless, high-level experience for every buyer client.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in helping clients purchase residential real estate. A valid real estate license is required. Buyer representation experience is preferred, but I am open to the right motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow. Sales, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills are important, along with reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
